- Quercetin (Rooibos): a local favourite super ingredient, quercetin present in Rooibos, interacts with endometriosis-related molecular markers - such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasiveness, inflammation, and oxidative stress. It also reduces inflammation and shrinks the size and number of cysts.

- Natural Curcumin: It reduces estrogen production, suppresses tissue formation in the lining of the uterus, and detoxifies the liver. It also reduces endometriosis pain. It is an incredible anti inflammatory and aids in balancing female hormones. 

- Methyl Folate: It supports healthy methylation (liver detoxification) which helps detoxify estrogen. It promotes healthy organs, hormone balance and fertility.

- Zinc: It quells inflammation, scavenges free radicals, supports the immune system, heals wounds, and supports fertility. It also reduces inflammation and prostaglandins, which enahnce menstrual pain. 

- Selenium: It protects from oxidation damage and infection, and reduces inflammation in women suffering from endometriosis.

- Cholecalciferol (Vit D3): It blocks some proteins that cause inflammation and stops endometriosis from spreading.

- Vit C (L-ascorbic acid): It acts as an antioxidant, lessening oxidative stress caused by endometriosis. It also boosts the immune system and acts as a natural antihistamine and anti-agiogenic - it is important when treating endo, as it will prevent its development.

- Vit E: It is an antioxidant that has been shown to significantly reduce pelvic pain, both during sex and during menstruation, in people with endometriosis. It has been shown in many studies that vitamin E had successeful positive effects on improving clinical pelvic pain in patients with endometriosis. 

- Magnesium Malate: It helps with muscle relaxation and nerve function, which can alleviate some of the pain associated with endometriosis. It also helps balance hormones and supports the HPAA axis. 

- Pyridoxine:  Crucial for hormone balance, it  improves immune function, relives menstrual cramps. It has been shown to also reduce estrogen dominance, which is typically a key issue for those who have endo.

- Ferrous Sulphate: Heavy bleeding is one of the cornerstone symptoms of endo - coupled with faitgue, weakness and headaches. All these conditions have been shown to have one thing in common: low iron. Supplementing with right amount of iron with help you and your symptoms.

- Cobablamin: It helps the blood carry oxygen. It is essential for energy and nerve health, which is tighlty linked to your hormonal health. It may also have a protective role to prevent excessive menstrual flow by enhancing a healthy progesterone to estrogen ratio.
